After winning the tender, the project starts with an initial meeting with the client to establish final objectives, scope of work, and confirm the project timeline.

3) Implementation Phase
In this phase, we carry out the planned project activities. This includes the development, configuration, and customization of IT systems or solutions as per the tender specification.
